Nevada records show that Judy married Jared James Brittain in July of 1969 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was living in Missouri at the time.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch published the following on October 15 and 16, 2008:

Brittain, Judy L. 60, Oct. 13, 2008. Visitation Wed. 4-8 p.m. & Funeral Thurs., Oct. 16, 11 a.m., PITMAN Funeral Home, Warrenton, MO.

Judy was laid to rest in Linn Cemetery, Wentzville, Missouri. Her grave stone bears the inscription: "Our loving mother & grandmother you will be deeply missed forever"
